You can enjoy game meat cuisine in the Matagi village. ~dinner~ We offer creative course meals of Japanese cuisine. The main dish for dinner is shabu-shabu with 3 types of wild game meat. Wild game meat, which is quickly and hygienically butchered at a processing facility in the village that has obtained permission from the public health center, has almost no unique aroma. Among them, bear meat shabu-shabu is a valuable experience that can only be tasted here. * Contents may change . ~breakfast~ We will prepare a Japanese meal. For guests departing early in the morning (before 7:00), we will prepare rice ball bento. 【drink】 As a special plan, we offer a set that compares only 3 types of carefully selected sake from Niigata and Nagano prefectures. We also have shochu and soft drinks, so please enjoy them with your meal. 【hot spring】 Kiriake Onsen, located in the innermost part of Akiyama-go, has a spring quality of "calcium, sodium-chloride, sulfate". Please use the free-flowing hot spring with abundant amount of hot water. Our bathroom has an indoor bath (one for each gender) and a chartered open-air bath (30 minutes charter, swimwear allowed). The private open-air bath is a dynamic bath that you can use while looking at the Nakatsu River, but please note that there is no cover. Kiriake Onsen's specialty, Kawahara no Rotenburo, is right in front of the hotel. We rent shovels, so please enjoy your own open-air bath. *Since the "Kawara no Rotenburo" is a hot spring that naturally gushes out from the riverbed, it is not managed by each ryokan in Kiriake Onsen. Please be aware that there may be a sudden increase in the amount of water due to heavy rain or dam discharge.
